Built in 1896, the tower has been reimagined to include 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 well-appointed bathrooms, 2 toilets, a playroom, a large garden, and a meeting room seating 12. The true highlight? The panoramic views from the original water tank, which features windows all around, as well as from the 36-meter-high observation deck. From here, you’ll take in sweeping views of the cityscape and glimpse the sea shimmering beyond the boulevard—a truly unforgettable sight!

On the ground floor, this home features a spacious eat-in kitchen designed to comfortably seat eight people. It includes modern amenities like a dishwasher, a five-burner gas stove with a dedicated wok burner, and a double hot air oven. A transparent glass gas fireplace elegantly divides the kitchen from the living area while allowing a glimpse into the living room, where high ceilings beautifully enhance the tower's circular shape. The living area is furnished with plush sofas, and cozy armchairs, and has private access to a garden terrace, creating a comfortable, luxurious setting for relaxation.
The second and third floors house four large double bedrooms and two upscale bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers, bathtubs, vanity units, and toilets, with one bathroom even featuring a relaxing sauna. A stunning spiral staircase on the fourth floor leads up to the base of the original water tank, where you’ll encounter windows on all sides, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, cityscape, and even a distant view of the sea. Ascending higher to 36 meters, you’ll find a unique lookout tower, providing an extraordinary vantage point.
In the semi-industrial basement, there’s a well-equipped playroom featuring entertainment like Photo Play, Pacman, and a billiards table. This level also includes a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. Surrounding the water tower is a generously sized garden on an 800-square-meter plot, with a large sun-drenched terrace, children’s trampoline, and ample seating for relaxation, including a lounge sofa, dining tables, chairs, a parasol, and a BBQ. Arrival & Rental Schedule: Arrivals are allowed daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during holiday periods.
Payment: Payment must be made in advance.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, check-out is required by 9:30 a.m., with keys returned to the original pickup location.
Baby Cots: Baby cots (if available) do not include bed linens; please bring your own.

Overnight Visitors: Overnight guests must be registered and are permitted to stay only with prior approval and payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
